Description
My second attempt at a lunar terminator mosaic. It’s not as good as my first one - the seeing wasn’t too good and I hadn’t recollimated the telescope before I went out. Initially it was my intention to create a mosaic of the entire lunar surface but that didn’t really work out.
Taken with my 10” Newtonian telescope on an EQ6 mount. A 2X Barlow lens was used with my DMK21AU04.AS camera. Registax was used for processing and the images were stitched together.

Awesome! I was just observing this for a while last night! Its fun when a satellite flies across the field of view and in front of the moon.
I like the soft focus at the top. It give it a "tilt-shift" effect and really messes with my sense of scale, which I like. It almost looks like a macro shot of a scale model. Nice work!
