I had another go at Mars the other night. Only got around to processing tonight because lets face it, I'm a lazy bugger 
Anyway, usual suspect. Looks pretty similar to my other Mars shots. Keep in mind - the magnifications don't relate to the size comparison of each shot. They were all scaled differently to get the most detail.
Taken with a 10" Newtonian on a Dobsonian base. Home made camera bracket and old video camera used to capture, Movie Maker used to import to computer, AVI/MPEG converter used to convert to wmv file to avi, Registax V3 used to process and Photoshop used to try different processing.

very nice, the 583's are the best i think, i think your hitting max quality for the equipment...tried anything other than mars? you might try mars at later times too, darker is better.
