Description
This is my first image of Venus in quite some time. I usually ignore it as its always quite low and I generally had to cart my telescope off to the back corners of my yard to capture it. Luckily, it just so happened to be poking through a hole in the trees (we had one cut down several months ago). Not my best work, but I was glad to see Venus again.
Taken with my 10" F5 Newtonian telescope on an EQ6 tracking mount. A 26mm 2" eyepiece was used with a 2" 2X barlow lens with a Panasonic video camera. The data was processed in Registax.
